Can I upload more than 1 project at a time?To avoid delays and confusion, we recommend to upload and submit each project individually via our submission portal or email. This will add your project request into the queue in the order it was received. The first project will be expected to be completed within 24 hours. Upon completion of the first draft, initiates work on the next project which will then be expected to be completed by the next 24 hours.

Can I rush my delivery process for urgent project submissions?Yes, we accept rush delivery for an additional fee of $60 to ensure first draft is available within 4-6 hours of submission.

What if my project is out-pf-scope of your services?No project is too small, but some project may be too big based on the scope of services offered in our unlimited graphic design services. If you are ever in doubt, talk to our team member to discuss your project further. We will do our best to find a solution that works best for you.
